Each CHOLLENTI is made to order – created in close collaboration with you. I'll be happy to guide you through the process, helping you choose your perfect colour, style and details.
Since every piece is handcrafted, orders are not placed through a traditional online shop, but through personal contact – directly with me.
Every bag is crocheted by hand, so it takes a little time. On average around 2–4 weeks, depending on my current orders and material availability.

Not every CHOLLENTI has to be made to order. Some pieces are already crocheted and available right now – each a one-off that exists only once. Once it is gone, it is gone.

Every CHOLLENTI is made to order. Simply get in touch through the contact form, and together we will find the colour, style and details that suit you best. Ready-made one-offs from “Take it home” can be bought directly online.

Because every CHOLLENTI is crocheted by hand, it takes a little time. On average the process takes about 2–4 weeks, depending on current orders and material availability. I keep you personally updated on every step along the way.

I use recycled T-shirt yarn made from surplus materials of the textile industry and sourced from Portugal. Each colour is only available in limited quantities – which makes every bag a true one-off.

Yes, absolutely – that is what CHOLLENTI is all about. You can choose from my current yarn selection and put together your very own combination – in a single colour or as a mix of two to three shades. I am happy to help you find the perfect colour combination.

Your CHOLLENTI got dirty? No worries: a gentle hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent will get it clean again quickly. Please remove all metal parts first – the logo can stay on. Please do not tumble dry. Instead, let your bag air-dry open at room temperature. Please do not iron.

After your order you receive all payment details by email. Payment is made simply by bank transfer. As soon as the payment has arrived, I start making your bag. Ready-made one-offs from “Take it home” are paid for online via Stripe when you buy them.

I ship within Austria and, by arrangement, internationally. Alternatively, a personal handover in Vienna is possible. :)

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Within Austria the fee is € 6.50, to Germany € 17.70.

Because every CHOLLENTI is made individually to your wishes and on request, there is no right of withdrawal or exchange under § 18 (1) 3 FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act). If you are really not happy, though, we will find a solution together. Ready-made one-offs from “Take it home”, by contrast, come with the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt – details are in the terms and conditions.
