Each CHOLLENTI is made to order – created in close collaboration with you. I’ll be happy to guide you through the process, helping you choose your perfect color, style and details.

Since every CHOLLENTI is handcrafted, orders are not placed through a traditional online shop, but through personal contact.

Each bag is crocheted by me from start to finish, making your piece as individual as you are.

    How can I order a CHOLLENTI?

    Each CHOLLENTI is made to order.
    Simply reach out via the contact form, and together we’ll find the color, style, and details that suit you best.

    How long does it take to make my bag?

    Since every CHOLLENTI is crocheted by hand, it takes a little time.
    On average, the process takes around 3–4 weeks, depending on my current orders and material availability.
    I’ll personally keep you updated throughout the process.

    Which materials are used?

    I use recycled T-shirt yarn, made from surplus materials of the textile industry, sourced from Portugal.
    Each color is only available in limited quantities – which makes every bag truly unique.

    Can I choose my own colors?

    Yes, absolutely – that’s what CHOLLENTI is all about.
    You can choose from my current yarn selection to create your unique combination – single color or a mix of two to three tones.
    I’ll gladly help you find the perfect match of shades.

    How do I care for my CHOLLENTI?

    Your CHOLLENTI got a little dirty?
    No worries — a gentle hand wash with lukewarm water and mild detergent will get it clean again. Please remove all metal parts — the logo can stay on.
    Do not tumble dry. Let it air dry, opened up, at room temperature.
    Please do not iron.

    How can I pay?

    After placing your order, you’ll receive all payment details by email.
    Payment is made easily via bank transfer.
    Once the payment is received, I’ll start creating your bag.

    How will my bag be delivered?

    I ship within Austria and, on request, internationally.
    Alternatively, a personal handover in Vienna is possible. ✨

    How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
    Within Austria, the fee is €6.50 and for Germany €17.70

    Can I return or exchange my CHOLLENTI?

    Since every bag is individually handcrafted on request, returns or exchanges are not possible.
    However, if you’re really not happy with your bag, I’ll do my best to find a solution.
