THE STORY BEHIND

Born from recovery, crafted for discovery.

MATERIALS

For my bags, I use recycled T-shirt yarn from Hoooked recycling center.

The material is made from 100% textile scraps from the European fashion industry,
processed under fair conditions in Portugal. Since the yarn consists of genuine
surplus materials, every spool is limited and cannot be reproduced – once it’s gone, it’s gone.

MADE TO ORDER

You can choose your favorite colors from my current yarn collection and decide between gold or silver metal details. Each color is only available in small quantities – making every bag truly one of a kind.

If you’re unsure about the color choice, I’ll be happy to guide you personally and help find the combination that truly suits you.

MADE BY HAND

Every bag is personally crocheted by me. Crafted with great attention to detail and recycled t-shirt yarn, it takes between 8 to 12 hours of work to create a piece as unique as the person wearing it.

At CHOLLENTI, you aren't buying a mass-produced item, but a piece of true craftsmanship and individuality.

One-of-a-kind pieces
instead of mass production

You value sustainability and you are searching for that certain something? Then you’ve come to the right place.

Actually, my plan for the label’s name was quite simple: VIC. Short, catchy, the first three letters of my first name. I already had the most playful marketing slogans in mind – from “Do you have a Vic yet?” to “That looks so Vic!”. But a trademark search quickly brought me back to reality: the name was already patented several times.

I needed a new idea. Today, I am incredibly happy about it, because that’s how I found CHOLLENTI – my grandfather’s Italian surname. Now my label not only carries a piece of family history, but it also sounds exactly how the bags feel: special and full of character.

My designs bear names like Malta, Vienna, or Napoli. Why? Because I love to be inspired while traveling. I enjoy observing what people are wearing, which colors define the streets, and the vibe that’s in the air.

Under the name CHOLLENTI, I transform recycled t-shirt yarn from textile remnants into unique handbags. In a world of mass production, every one of my bags is a conscious statement – unique in texture combined with high-quality metal details.
