Each CHOLLENTI is made to order.
Simply reach out via the contact form, and together we’ll find the color, style, and details that suit you best.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, which are €6.50 within Austria and €17.70 to Germany.

Since every CHOLLENTI is crocheted by hand, it takes a little time.
On average, the process takes around 3–4 weeks, depending on my current orders and material availability.
I’ll personally keep you updated throughout the process.

I use recycled T-shirt yarn, made from surplus materials of the textile industry, sourced from Portugal.
Each color is only available in limited quantities – which makes every bag special and sustainable at the same time.

Yes, absolutely – that’s what CHOLLENTI is all about.
You can choose from my current yarn selection to create your unique combination – single color or a mix of two to three tones.
I’ll gladly help you find the perfect match of shades.

Your Chollenti got a little dirty?
No worries — a gentle hand wash with lukewarm water and mild detergent will get it clean again.
Please remove all metal parts — the logo can stay on.
Do not tumble dry.
Let it air dry, opened up, at room temperature.
Please do not iron.

After placing your order, you’ll receive all payment details by email.
Payment is made easily via bank transfer.
Once the payment is received, I’ll start creating your bag.

I ship within Austria and, on request, internationally.
Alternatively, a personal handover in Vienna is possible – something I always look forward to. ✨

Since every bag is individually handcrafted on request, returns or exchanges are not possible.
However, if you’re really not happy with your bag, I’ll do my best to find a solution.
